We have broken down the interior design process into 4 easy steps for owners:

  • 1. KNOWING YOU, YOUR REQUIREMENTS & WISH-LIST
We start new projects with a meeting with you to ask lots of questions and understand your lifestyle, your needs, likes and dislikes. Getting to know you and your project’s requirements and budget is the most important step in establishing a successful process.

  • 2. CONCEPT DEVELOPMENT & FINISH SELECTION
After getting to know you and gathering the necessary information,  we are ready to create an overall concept and select the preliminary finishes. We use concept images, mood boards, hand rendering sketches and material boards to walk you through our vision of your home. This is the time to get your feedback and solidify the design. This is where you sign-off on the design and finishes so we can start working on the details.

  • 3. CONSTRUCTION PLANS
After getting your approval on the concept and finishes, we complete the design and the smallest details in the space accordingly through sets of professional plans, drawings and elevations. Depending on the scope of your project this phase includes complete construction drawings, specification documents and final budgeting.

  • 4. EXECUTION & SUPERVISION
We will provide you and your builder with a copy of the “Construction Plans”. We will meet with your contractor through different stages of construction to make sure design details are completed according to the plans and our requirements.

  • 5. FURNISHING & FINAL TOUCHES
We love creating a perfect homes for our clients, a personal oasis where you can come to after a long day of work, unwind and relax in. We usually complete the design and our vision for the new space by fully furnishing it with the right pieces which are both functional and stylish. These furniture, arts and accessories are hand selected to best suits the space and enhance the living quality of your home.
