Amaranthus Eatery

Amaranthus is a small plant-based eatery that delivers some of the most sophisticated flavors in town! The design of this eatery is created based on the European “farm to table” concept. The interiors are purposely made to look casual, unfussy, modest, and unassuming. We used a mix of contrasting yet cohesive finishes that together reminds you of an authentic kitchen in the back alleys of Provence.
