When it comes to luxury condo design, this 2500 sqft masculine elegant sub-penthouse hits all the marks! The apartment boasts the most magnificent views of the Pacific and Stanley Park but the original finishes, on the other hand, lacked the quality and sophistication. We recommended addressing this issue first to avoid future disappointments.  As a result Space Harmony team – which was originally hired to only furnish the house – started the work by designing a top-quality, elegant and neutral palette first. The new high-end finishes serve a perfect backdrop for contemporary furniture. Large cozy sofas, plush wool rugs, motorized draperies, extra-large double shower with heated bench are among many other great features we created for this turnkey project.
