Space Harmony was hired to re-design this old home and transform it into a luxury spec home for sale. Instead of following the trends and tearing the whole house down to designing a “contemporary” home, we focused on the history of the house, saved some of the beautiful original features, and created a “modern-rustic” theme. The new home blends perfectly in the neighborhood while being fresh, unique, and tastefully modern with a nod to its heritage.
