We approached this 7500 sqft luxury custom home in West Vancouver with a vision to create an elegant yet relaxed living environment. Our design philosophy centered on achieving perfect harmony between contemporary and classic elements, ensuring a timeless aesthetic that would remain fresh for years to come. The architectural features, including the stunning curved staircase with glass balustrades and the expansive windows framing mountain views, provided an exceptional canvas for our interior vision.

Working closely with our clients, we developed a cohesive color palette of warm neutrals punctuated by soft blush accents, creating a sophisticated yet welcoming atmosphere throughout the home. We deliberately chose simple, quiet, and modern finishes as the backdrop, allowing more intricate fixtures and carefully selected furniture pieces to take center stage. The rich dark wood cabinetry in the kitchen and bathrooms creates a beautiful contrast against the luminous white quartz countertops, while natural light floods through the floor-to-ceiling windows, enhancing the sense of spaciousness.

The integration of natural materials was essential to our design strategy, from the light oak flooring that flows throughout the main living areas to the statement marble fireplace wall in the living room. Each bathroom received special attention with vessel sinks and frameless glass showers, creating spa-like retreats within the home. We incorporated subtle luxury elements like the gold pendant lighting and textural fabrics to add warmth and interest without overwhelming the clean lines of the architecture.
