This stunning West End transformation epitomizes Space Harmony’s talent for reinventing urban living spaces with sophisticated precision. Recognizing that a 25-year-old floor plan no longer served contemporary lifestyles, the design team began with thoughtful spatial reconfiguration—an essential first step that laid the foundation for a residence that feels both expansive and intimate.

Extending the kitchen beyond what it original borders to serve the needs of new owenrs with the integration of a stylisg dining area was genious. We also managed to create ample storage and closet space by smart space planing.  Matsre bathroom was also tranformed from a samll space with a tub/shower combo to an elegant retreat with a spa-like stone shower – with a peekaboo from the bedroom – , a dounle vanity and a free standing tub by the window.

The resulting design language speaks with elegant restraint through a carefully curated material palette. Crisp whites establish a gallery-like backdrop that allows carefully selected elements to shine: the warmth of herringbone oak flooring, strategic touches of natural wood slats, and punctuations of vibrant mustard yellow upholstery that energize the space. The reflective quality of expansive mirror walls and glass partitions brilliantly amplifies natural light while creating visual continuity throughout the open concept layout.

What distinguishes this project is the masterful balance of minimalist elements with moments of genuine personality. The sleek kitchen features pristine white cabinetry adorned with sophisticated ribbed oak accents and matte black hardware, creating a striking yet timeless contrast. These deliberate design decisions culminate in a living environment that feels simultaneously luxurious and livable—a space that honours the breathtaking cityscape views while creating an interior worthy of them. The thoughtful integration of natural elements through strategically placed greenery further softens the contemporary aesthetic, introducing vital organic elements that breathe life into this elevated urban sanctuary.
