In this Coal Harbour project, we crafted a residence that celebrates the beautiful tension between contrasting design philosophies—West Coast contemporary and Parisian refinement. Rather than choosing one aesthetic direction, we embraced both, allowing these seemingly opposing influences to engage in a visual conversation throughout the space. The result is a sophisticated fusion that mirrors the unique cultural backgrounds of our clients, expressing their shared journey through thoughtfully curated design moments that feel both familiar and unexpected.

Throughout the home, we orchestrated a harmonious dialogue between materials, textures, and forms—where luxurious marble surfaces complement warm oak millwork, classic architectural details frame contemporary furnishings, and bold color statements provide counterpoints to serene neutral backdrops. The striking cobalt kitchen cabinetry with brass accents reimagines French sensibilities for coastal living, while the powder room’s immersive botanical wallcovering creates an intimate jewel-box experience. Each space reveals another facet of the owners’ personalities while maintaining a cohesive design language that flows effortlessly throughout the residence.
