“Upon purchase of our Coal Harbour townhome I quickly went on a search to find a designer to help update the space to its full potential. After some research online I came across Space Harmony and the beautiful portfolio of work Negar has completed. The entire process was seamless, from initial contact, the questionnaire to find out both my husband and my taste, to the impeccable design presentation in her beautiful home we were confident we made the best choice.
Elegant, chic and New York townhome were some of our keywords and Negar landed on each with precision with her recommendations and pushing us out of our comfort zone in the best ways possible. We had a contractor with whom we worked with in the past and Negar easily fell into stride and a great working relationship with them, along with recommending the top trades to complete renovation.
Completing a full renovation while we were out of the city, and during Covid, Negar kept communication constant and progress reports were provided. She helped ensure the project never fell to the wayside and we always felt like we were her top priority. Our project took longer than expected due to the pandemic, but it was completely worth the wait. We were completely speechless upon returning to our new home and could not stop saying WOW. The details are incredible, and we are so happy with the result.

“Negar took us on a journey that ended with us being in a home we absolutely love. We bought an older house, built in 1929, that needed some updates and reconfigurations while keeping the charm of the older home.
Negar nailed it! Our home now works for us (my partner and I and our teenage daughters). Negar reconfigured several rooms with seemingly simple changes, but nothing we would have thought of and that made all the difference.
Throughout construction she oversaw the project and worked well with our contractor. She curated every room from the rugs to the pillows to the artwork. She chose colours and finishes we wouldn’t have had the confidence to select on our own and now we can’t imagine our home any other way.

“Negar of space harmony came to our home to go over some basic details and give a general quote for redesigning our outdated kitchen. She was able to deduce our tastes from a comprehensive questionnaire with pictures and by discussing with us. Further down the line she was very accommodating by bringing in different samples of countertops, tiles, backsplash, and accent materials. Negar was able to not only update our kitchen but rearrange the layout to ensure maximum storage and usability. We hired her not only for the design of the kitchen but to manage the installation as well which was perfect as both my boyfriend and I work during the day and it gave us peace of mind.
